Saturday, 9/7/24, 10:00am to 4:00pm

Coastside Quilt Studio, 1305 Palmetto Avenue, Unit E, Pacifica

Bring your friends and your favorite fabric scraps, and a bag lunch. In this workshop we work out of a big communal pile of scraps to make a lovely mini-quilt.
This ancient method of quilting comes from the Siddi People, who came to India from Africa 900 years ago. You will learn about the origins of the technique while we work. You may become addicted to making these delightful, improvisational pieces

18+ only please.

Addtional Cost for Kit: $35 payable to instructor

Kit includes:

  • Selection of fun fabrics to choose from

  • Backing fabric and batting

  • Thread, special needle pins
