Private Lessons by the Hour

Looking for one-on-one guidance with your sewing or quilting projects? Private lessons are a great way to get personalized instruction tailored to your specific goals, skill level, and learning style. Whether you are brand new to sewing or an experienced quilter wanting help with a particular technique, private lessons provide focused support in a relaxed and encouraging environment.

Private lessons can be used for:

• Follow-up lessons after completing a beginner sewing class
• Quilt block instruction and pattern guidance
• Cutting, piecing, pressing, and accuracy tips
• Quilt layout and design help
• Binding lessons
• Machine quilting basics
• Troubleshooting projects that feel “stuck”
• Learning a specific quilting or sewing technique
• Help starting or finishing a project

Lessons are completely customized to your needs. You are welcome to bring your own project, pattern, and materials, or we can decide together what would be most helpful for your lesson time.

Private lessons are offered at:

• $75 per hour, first hour paid up front
• Lessons are available for up to 3 hours at a time

If you are unsure what to bring or how much time to book, I am happy to help guide you before your lesson.
Students should bring:

• Sewing machine in good working order (unless other arrangements are made)
• Basic sewing supplies
• Project materials and pattern, if applicable
