CLASS DETAILS
Has it been a year (or more) since you’ve quilted on a long arm? This one-hour refresher is designed for students who have previously completed a long arm certification—either here at the studio or elsewhere—and just need a confidence boost before getting back behind the machine.

We’ll review the basics of the HandiQuilter long arm, including machine functions, controls, threading, tension overview, and proper quilt loading. This session is all about getting you comfortable, capable, and ready to quilt independently again.

Please note: When you sign up for the refresher, please be prepared to stay and quilt your own quilt. The remainder of the day is reserved for you at a discounted rate of $15.00/hour.

Please bring:

• Your own quilt top
• Backing fabric (prepared and ready to load)
• Batting (can also be purchased at the studio)

This class is for HandiQuilter users only. If your previous certification was on a different brand of long arm machine, you will need to enroll in the full certification class to ensure you are fully trained on the studio’s equipment.
